Pelvic Floor Recovery Program (hypopressives & myofascial release based program )



The program includes 6  of 1-1 sessions via zoom or in-person. These coaching sessions will take you from feeling leaky, heavy a, weak and out of control to feeling much stronger, decrease the mum tum look , improve diastasis and more confident with day to day activities such as lifting, exercising and jumping help you perfect the breathing technique and postural alignment.

This is either by way of 6, 1 hr zoom calls or 6 in-person sessions at my clinic in Norwich ( extra £40 fee if in person) . Appointments are booked 2-3 weeks apart and must be pre-booked . 

You also get access to the full level 1 series of hypopressives and you can then work your way through the technique and short flow videos provided . You need to be able to commit 20 minutes a day fpractice for the duration of this course.

Once competing this 12 – 14 week program you can join my online hypopressives and pilates for pelvic health community and classes which is just £20 a month and will give you a maintenece and continued improvements..

They can be booked as hour long appointments under initial women heath physiotherapy sessions. This course includes :

Mummy MOT or initial women health assessment + 5 hour long follow up sessions ( last one includes a full pelvic health assessment )

We complete a tailored program including techniques that you need and may include myofsacial release, hypopressives , strengthening or release techniques.

Terms and conditions : This program is non-refundable , and the 6 sessions valid for 16 weeks . Please aim to book your appointments in when paying and about 2-3 weeks apart .
