Refund and Returns Policy

Time limits for bookings and refunds for classes and physiotherapy appointments. 

Physiotherapy appointments” 

If you have purchased a physiotherapy appointment and paid online via this website, you must then book your appointment within a 30 day period – if not possible due to the diary being full, then we allow a 45 day limit before your purchase expires. 

Classes : 

When purchasing classes these are non-refundable , but if for unforeseeable circumstances you cannot attend a full block they can be transferred to a subsequent block. If you purchase a block and cannot attend some of these classes, the classes you do not attend are non-transferrable . 

teacher training programs : 

If you have purchased the teacher training program, this is non-refundable from 30 days prior to the start date of the course, if however you are unable to attend the course we may be able to transfer you to a subsequent course . 

Full refunds can be given within 10 days of booking the teacher trainings, however after 10 days a 50 percent fee of the full training will be charged, no refund is available 30 days prior to the course start date. 

Please also make sure you are physically fit to attained the teacher trainings and complete our health pre-screening form .

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
