A new class starting on Monday mornings at Rowan House , Hethersett.
The postnatal yoga/pilates class is a perfect class for postnatal mums to get back to gentle exercise after they’ve had their baby. It combines yoga to stretch, relax and open up tight areas in mummy’s body. Postnatal Pilates is great for helping heal diastasis and pelvic floor weakness following delivery. We also give you nutritional advice and some functional exercises for mummy life. Classes also include some songs and baby yoga and massage.
