6 week course in pregnancy yoga led by our experienced physiotherapists. Each week there will be a different educational element to the class.
For example: Preventing diastasis, managing lower back and pelvic pain, how to move for an easier birth, optimal foetal positioning, preparing for birth with perineal massage and hyponobirthing techniques. Each class finishes with a deep relaxation. We can also send you some prerecorded pregnancy videos to supplement this in person course to add to your experience.
Priority is given to course bookings as we can move you through the course together as a group .
Pregnancy ladies need to have had their 12 -14 week scan prior to joining. You can also add on a fitness bundle for just an extra £20 ( gives you 6 pregnancy fitness videos from Holly @East.fit PT, x 2 videos for trimester 2, x2 for trimester 3, x2 Flexi videos for both trimesters)
