Managing fear and active movements for birth (9.30-11.30 am 6th Sept)



A workshop for pregnanct women who are feeling fearful about birthing (or fearful of being by themselves or only having one birthing partner), and who are wanting to learn techniques and ways to move to help make their brith easier. Managing suboptimal positioning as well as fear are some of the main elements in having a successful labour. In this morning workshop we will be introducing you to hypnobirthing inspired techniques to manage fear, breathing techniques for birthing and managing fear , ways to move preparing for birth and during labour to encourage baby into the best position. We will finish the morning with deep relaxation and restorative yoga to deeply connect wth your baby and birthing body.
